Welcome to i-learn, the learning management system of “Athens International Airport S.A.” (AIA).

Prior to your access to i-learn be advised of the following terms to which you need to provide your explicit approval and consent:

The sole purpose of i-learn is to deliver and administer training. This may be in the form of courses and/or training material that are available to all trainees or to a specific group of trainees.

The course and any training material presented herein may be subject to AIA or third party intellectual rights. The entire content of this platform, including any training material contained, may not be copied, reproduced in whole or in part.

Personal data included in trainee’s profile are collected and processed solely for training identification purposes and records. Trainee may access his/her training profile including retained personal through accessing his/her account.

Trainee is explicitly consent to the disclosure of the course details and his/her achievements for documenting his/her training record, as per applicable regulatory requirements.

Training records and achievements/certifications may not be deleted, to the extent that these need to be retained for proof of training, if so required by law, or applicable airport operations related procedures.

Training records shall be kept for four (4) years after trainee’s employment end date, and thereafter shall be disposed accordingly.

Provided usernames and passwords are strictly personal. Do not, at any time, give out your username and password to anyone. AIA shall never request you to provide, by any means, your login details. If you have problems with your user credentials, please contact system Administrator.

The platform’s access is provided over a secure communication channel (HTTPS), therefore please observe your browser’s respective secure SSL sign. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure all the file attachments available to download directly for i-learn are virus-free, we strongly recommend as good practice the use of an up-to-date anti-malware solution, when accessing the platform and downloading relevant files. AIA cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss of data to your computer system as a result of downloading files from this platform.
